Huawei Mate 80 Pro Max Fan Edition has introduced a Smart Memory feature – HyperSpace Memory Technology, and the company will soon push this capability to more flagship devices. The OEM itself has announced this news at the launch event.
The CEO of the Huawei Consumer Business Group Unit – He Gang stated that the company will release the HyperSpace Memory feature for more models next month.
According to the details, Huawei will roll out the new feature through the upcoming HarmonyOS versions. But it may remain limited to the Mate 80 phones at present.

During the Enjoy 90 series and Mate 80 Pro Max Wind Edition release, He Gang announced that all Mate 80 models will get the HyperSpace Memory feature in April. The chief didn’t mention, though, whether the firm will bring this tool to more devices in the future.
HyperSpace Memory is capable of expanding the device’s internal RAM to offer faster and smoother performance. Besides, it enhances background operations, allowing users to switch apps anytime without lags or buffering.
The company is now aiming to expand this feature to more devices. But for now, the list only counts the Mate 80 family members. It would be interesting to see if the company will release this capability to more top-tier handsets in the time ahead.
