Xiaomi has introduced a special Password Management app for HyperOS 3.0 devices. The new application will soon be available to all compatible models in the coming weeks. For now, it is open for Chinese users, but it may soon debut in global markets.
According to the official details, the HyperOS 3 Password app provides a one-stop security solution to users. It has many capabilities, such as an automated password capture, cross-device encrypted synchronization, and AI proactive reminders.
Interestingly, the new application is a useful part of Xiaomi’s self-made OS ecosystem that aims to introduce more effective apps and services for its device users.
Here, the automated password capture can easily auto-capture and store usernames + passwords in the first login. Thus, one can fill them with a single click anytime. Users already logged in to the app can manually add account details.

Don’t worry if the password changes, as the software system will actively push an update notification to ensure real-time sync of account security. Simply put, it resolves the issue of forgotten passwords while switching multiple accounts on a device.
Also, it won’t hamper your privacy as the data transmission in the app employs end-to-end encryption technology. This tech makes sure that your passwords remain secure even when shared across multiple devices.
Overall, the application will help users in every aspect of passwords. Since HyperOS relies upon Android 16 that comes with hotspot compilation acceleration technology. Thus, it ensures optimization of the memory and password management.
Xiaomi hasn’t revealed the availability of the new application for its devices yet. Though we may grab the details soon on this subject.
