DeepSeek V4 with Huawei AI chips can be terrible for US: Nvidia

DeepSeek V4 AI model is in rumors these days to run entirely on Huawei Ascend chips and if this happens, the outcomes can be really terrible for the US, according to the Nvidia CEO – Jensen Huang. The executive himself warned the United States about the upcoming challenge from the rival country!

While most of the AI models and tech solutions have been using the US-based technologies to date, the DeepSeek V4 model is going to turn things up and down for the first time!

Early inputs suggested that the latest DeepSeek AI model will break the old pattern of sticking to the US tech components by relying only on China-made solutions.

Following this news, the Nvidia CEO – Jensen Huang, recently stated in an interview that the Huawei AI chips-powered DeepSeek V4 model can prove to be a terrible outcome for the US. He warned that the upcoming AI tech is not a minor development!

Jensen Huang said:

“DeepSeek’s new model based on Huawei’s platform would be a terrible outcome for the United States because it would mean that AI models have been optimized to perform best on Chinese AI hardware, and once these models debut globally, they would drive Chinese technology to become the world standard.”

Simply put, if DeepSeek and Huawei together gain full optimization of software and hardware, then it will be an inevitable challenge to the US monopoly on AI technology.

The DeepSeek V4 AI model is expected to debut later this month. Let’s wait and see what interesting changes the new artificial intelligence solution brings to the table.
