Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 15 series smartphones will soon receive new Gallery fixes. The company has released a new report, showing what kind of major improvements it will roll out for the flagship models with the upcoming HyperOS 3.0 software update.
According to the official details, the company has fixed a ghosting effect in the photo album app on the Redmi K90 series. On the other hand, the software team is now working on fixes based on the Gallery app for the Xiaomi 17/Xiaomi 15 series.
Simply put, the upcoming HyperOS 3.0 software update will bring useful improvements and fixes for the top-end Xiaomi devices. The company has listed new fixes for both mentioned smartphone lineups. You can check them below.

Xiaomi 17 Series
- Fixing the download speed of the app store on Xiaomi 17 Pro Max.
- Fixing unknown duplicate images that are appearing in the Gallery on Xiaomi 17 Pro Max.
- Fixing the WeChat app crashing on Xiaomi 17 Pro.
- Fixing the long screenshots in the Gallery app that are not fully displayed on Xiaomi 17 Pro.
- Fixing the full-screen gesture prompt line and status bar disappear after zooming in on a photo and exiting on Xiaomi 17.
Xiaomi 15 Series
- Fixing issues with the Gallery app crashes in certain scenarios in Xiaomi 15.
- Fixing issues with long-pressing not extracting text from images in certain scenarios in Xiaomi 15.
- Improving the issues with the image rotation and zoom blurring in certain scenarios with Xiaomi 15.
- Fixing issues with Xiaomi Share not being able to select multiple images in certain scenarios in the Redmi K80.
