Honor has announced its YOYO virtual assistant as the first Android Agent to support the DeepSeek V4 AI large model. After the recent OpenClaw adaptation, the company has now become the first smartphone brand to integrate DeepSeek’s latest LLM.
The Chinese tech giant has recently shared a huge poster image, confirming the integration of the DeepSeek V4 Pro version into the Honor YOYO AI Agent. It says:
“Embrace cutting-edge AI to create a super-powerful YOYO smart agent. DeepSeek V4 officially launched.”
According to the details, the YOYO AI agent app on 90.10.28. 041 version will support the new DeepSeek V4 AI model. All phones and tablets running on the MagicOS 8.0 and above software versions can experience the new addition at first.

It’s not the first time that Honor is linking its YOYO assistant with a new DeepSeek AI version. As per the company, this integration leads to three major benefits:
- Stronger Performance
- Longer Context (contextual understanding)
- Higher Inference Efficiency

Honor device owners can access the DeepSeek V4 AI LLM by pressing and holding the power button to first wake up YOYO. Then, swipe up and tap the Explore Page button. Here, you may see a banner at the top saying: Click to experience DeepSeek V4.
And that’s it. What new changes or features this integration will bring to Honor devices are currently unclear. Though the company may soon clear the air on the subject.
