Huawei Nova 16 Series has become a part of the sketch section, where tipsters have started imagining the design of the sub-flagship. And one such drawing has now appeared on the Chinese social media platform, showing what the upcoming Nova lineup could bring in terms of appearance.
FixedFocus has shared a new sketch, suggesting that it belongs to the Huawei Nova 16 series. The tipster said that the mid-range phone will show up on the launch stage in June.
Looking at the new sketch, the Nova 16 series could skip the latest imaging layout – the one with a rectangular format housing two giant rings, where the first ring has three sensors, while the second one shows the LED flash with XD PORTRAIT branding.
Instead, it could bring back the one-sided (left) camera module with a square-like shape featuring a circular ring inside. This ring may contain up to three imaging lenses. Outside the ring, there can be two sensors – an LED flash and a color temperature.

Total, there are five lens openings in the square module. Meanwhile, the sides of the phone have volume and power buttons. Following the leaked sketch, many netizens speculated that Nova 16 Pro or Pro Max variants could feature this appearance.
In addition, the tipster mentioned that the upcoming Nova lineup is worth looking forward to in terms of design. The mid-range smartphones will bring major enhancements in their layouts, probably gaining more traction than their predecessors.
Apart from the design, the Nova 16 handsets can also impress regarding its battery pack and the camera setup. The company may also choose a new SoC for these phones.
Note that the sketch doesn’t confirm what the Nova 16 series will look like in reality. Hence, let’s take this drawing with a grain of salt for the moment and wait for some more revelations.
