After the Pro and Pro Max models, the standard Huawei Pura 90 today hit the sale ground with an interesting “inverted triangle” look and the Kirin 9010S chipset. Apart from the design, the new phone also has some exclusive features over its siblings.
Standard Huawei Pura 90 has entered the sale lane in three RAM + storage variants. The original price starts at 4699 yuan. But the Chinese subsidy plan reduces the cost by 500 yuan. Hence, you can save some extra in the first sale.
While sales of the Pura 90 Pro/Pro Max models began last month, Huawei took a few days to release the vanilla version to market. Buyers waiting for the standard handset can visit the online VMall store or authorized channels for purchase:
- 12GB + 256GB = 4699 yuan (Chinese subsidy – 4199 yuan)
- 12GB + 512GB = 5199 yuan (Chinese subsidy – 4699 yuan)
- 16GB + 512GB = 5699 yuan (Chinese subsidy – 5199 yuan)
Unlike the elder siblings, the standard Pura 90 runs on the Kirin 9010S chip. It’s the same mobile processor used for the Pura 80 last year. Yet, it offers 15% performance boost over the previous-generation handset while delivering extreme efficiency.
Pura 90 has a 6.8-inch OLED flat panel supporting a 1-120 Hz LTPO refresh rate with a 300 Hz touch sampling rate and FHD+ resolution. It also comes with a wide color array, thanks to the 1.07 billion colors, P3 wide color gamut.
The standard version has adopted a pill-shaped cutout instead of a punch hole design. It is an exclusive feature of the device, which owns a multispectral camera paired with the selfie shooter.
The rear side shows a quad-camera setup including a 50MP super-focus sensor, 12.5MP ultrawide-angle lens, 50MP periscope telephoto camera, and a multispectral lens. It features 3.7x optical zoom and 100x digital zoom. The front has a 50MP selfie lens + multispectral sensor.
Pura 90 is the only model in the 2026 Pura family to feature a 6500mAh battery supporting 100W wired, 5W wired reverse, 50W wireless, and reverse wireless charging.
