Huawei FreeClip 2 Collector’s Edition unveiled with new design, better audio features

Huawei has unveiled the FreeClip 2 Collector’s Edition with an eye-catching design and interesting audio features. While the standard variant has been in the question sphere for its appearance, it seems the company heard the feedback and implemented it on the new open-back earphones.

Starting with the look, Huawei unveiled the FreeClip 2 Collector’s Edition as a brand-new luminous treasure box design, refined through over a hundred processes.

A glance at the device shows the charging box as an oval-shaped part for the upper body and a flat surface for the bottom. The entire box is covered with a vibrant, dazzling effect that can easily align with your daily style.

While the earphone case is exquisite and compact, it offers 20% more internal space than the standard model. The OEM has cleverly incorporated design elements, ensuring that every detail is perfectly placed. FreeClip 2 Collector’s Edition has:

  • Colors: Starry Blue, Pearl Silver
  • Dimensions: 25.4 x 26.7 x 18.8mm (earbuds); weighs 5.1 grams
  • Charging Case: 37.4 x 48.6 x 48.9mm; weighs 39.4 grams

Further details reveal features like Smart Translation, Intelligent volume control with three adjustment modes, Intelligent Voice Enhancement, Clear Calls, Adaptive Earbuds, Spatial Audio, and Directional Sound Transmission.

Camera Features

In one tap, you can now capture beautiful moments. No need to operate your phone. Simply open the camera and slide the comfort bead up and down to adjust the focus or double-tap to take photos or even make videos.

Sound Quality

Huawei has used a third-generation Kirin audio chip, which offers a 10x to 14x leap in computing power, enabling more efficient scheduling of audio signals and delivering a clear listening and call experience across all scenarios.

Bluetooth 6.0 + NearLink E2.0 technology provides a coverage distance twice that of traditional Bluetooth. Besides, the powerful dual-engine unit unleashes tremendous power from its slim profile. Loudness and bass response now increased by 100%, delivering crystal-clear high-pitched bass details.

FreeClip 2 Collector’s Edition brings 38 hours of battery life, and a single bud can run for 9 hours. Other features include an IP57 rating, cross-system multi-connection, NearLink Search, a custom pop-up window for pairing, head control, and a real-time volume display.
