Huawei Pura X Max first-month sales reflect strong demand


Huawei Pura X Max has been on the market for more than 30 days, and the first-month sales details of the foldable are now out. The shipment figure suggests that the flagship wide-screen folding smartphone is in strong demand among consumers.

Chinese smartphone market analyst – RDObservation has reported that the Huawei Pura X Max wide foldable series first-month sales recorded 350,000 units.

The standard model owns 145,200 units, while the Pura X Max Collector’s Edition has sold 198,500 units. And these figures will continue to increase in the future.

Pura X Max Collector’s variant, which is slightly more expensive than the vanilla model, has delivered more models compared to its sibling – thanks to its iconic design.

Standard Pura X Max

  • 12GB + 256GB = 10999 yuan
  • 12GB + 512GB = 11999 yuan

Collector’s Edition

  • 16GB + 512GB = 12999 yuan
  • 16GB + 1TB = 13999 yuan

As of week 21 of this year (May 18th to May 24th), Huawei has shipped a significant amount of the Pura X Max in the consumer market. The constant hike in sales units suggests that the wide-screen folding phone is gaining a lot of attention.

Huawei Pura X Max fold made more sales units right in the first week of its release than the flagship devices launched at the same time. It surpassed the first-gen Pura foldable with a 215% shipment graph on the first day of sales.
