Huawei Nova 16 series has recently made its debut, and while it’s still uncertain whether it is coming to global markets or not, a new leak is pointing out screen and battery details for the next-generation sub-flagship – the Nova 17 series.
As noted by SmartPikachu, the Huawei Nova 17 series could continue the flat screen panel and a mega battery pack legacy. Though the exact parameters are under wraps.
The tipster said that currently, only one phone brand is working on a wide, flat, non-folding handset – Huawei. At the same time, it has tagged the Nova 17 in the leak.
Now that points out two possibilities. Firstly, Huawei could introduce a wide non-foldable smartphone in the Nova 17 series. Secondly, the company may use wider and larger display panels for the upcoming Nova phones with a 7000mAh battery.

Earlier, a tipster revealed the key specifications of Huawei’s first wide, non-folding handset. He mentioned that the device will bring a triple-camera setup with an enhanced periscope and a multispectral lens. The cell will measure 7000mAh.
Based on the latest leak, it seems Huawei could add this member to the Nova family. However, that will contrast with a previous input suggesting the model for the Pura series.
According to the previous details, the wide foldable will debut after the Mate 90 series smartphones. This matches the Nova 17 launch time, expected for the end of this year. But confusion about Huawei’s wide non-fold phone remains the same.
The leak doesn’t describe any other point either about the Nova 17 series or the wide non-foldable phone. Although more revelations for these upcoming creations will continue to come to light in the time ahead.
