First HarmonyOS Desktop PC to feature ultra-thin and light design

Huawei has exhibited its first HarmonyOS Desktop PC on the third day of the HDC 2026 event, showing its design and a few key highlights. Now, some more interesting facts about the new device have surfaced on the Chinese social media platform.

Weibo tipster @FixedFocus noticed that the Huawei Desktop PC powered by HarmonyOS will feature a super-thin and lightweight design. It will debut as the best thin and light notebook in the market for all types of aspects.

Looking at the desktop, the monitor appears quite slim and sleek with a wide viewing screen surrounded by ultra-narrow bezels. Meanwhile, the CPU has a box-like structure with an interesting grill-like appearance on the front face.

The monitor has a flat black-colored stand. It is further attached to a long, brick-like keyboard and a cute mouse. The overall appearance is similar to that of any other Desktop PC available in the market. However, the change lies in its dimensions.

Based on the current leak, it seems Huawei has taken good care of making its first HarmonyOS desktop computer super thin and lightweight. Hence, if you are someone who often changes the room setting, then adjusting the PC won’t be a big task.

The tipster has also revealed the codename of Huawei’s first HarmonyOS Desktop PC – Marilyn. The leak says that the company’s new creation will be interesting and iconic in many ways. Although its key parameters are still under wraps.

Huawei could use a Kirin X90 series chipset for the upcoming HarmonyOS PC as well. But whether it could be an optimized version or the same standard one is unclear.
