T-Mobile recently announced it will phase out some of its older plans and move customers to its newest plans. Some of these plans are more expensive, and if that wasn’t enough, T-Mobile has decided to retire its KickBack program.
Multiple Redditors confirmed that T-Mobile has started notifying its customers about the end of its KickBack program, which will retire on July 13, 2026. This adds to the woes of affected T-Mobile customers, as the KickBack program offered $10 credits per line to customers who used 2GB of data or less in a billing cycle.
These credits were offered to each line on a plan, helping users make nice savings. Some Redditors even reported having $70-$90 savings per month. It remains to be seen how many customers T-Mobile will see migrating to another carrier after these developments.
