Huawei unveils MatePad Pro 2026 flagship tablet with fascinating colors and top-notch internal features. The device has debuted as the twin of the PRO MAX tablet launched recently in the market but owns some tweaks over the high-end variant.
Being a younger version, the MatePad Pro 2026 looks the same as the PRO MAX model. It has a 4.7mm slim body and weighs only 439 grams, which is equivalent to just two Apples.
Unlike the Pro Max colors, though, Huawei unveils the MatePad Pro 2026 tablet in three elegant shades: Feather Light Blue, Sakura Pink Gold, and Glossy White.
Display: MatePad Pro 2026 tablet debuts with a 12-inch ultra-high-definition flexible OLED + PaperMatte technology. The panel supports 3036 x 1952 pixel resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, 1600-nit peak brightness, and 3.55mm extremely narrow bezels.

The tablet runs on the Kirin T93 chipset, which improves the overall device’s performance by 25%. As per the previous details, the processor is said to be a tablet version of the Kirin 9030 series mobile SoCs.
Huawei has used the same 10400mAh battery for the MatePad Pro 2026 as in the PRO MAX variant. It supports reverse charging and provides 18.5 hours of ultra-long battery life.
Other features include HarmonyOS Dual Connect, where a four-finger swipe gesture can turn the tablet into a productive PC. You can use a stylus or a mouse + keyboard combination to enhance your productivity further accordingly.

In addition to upgraded specifications, Huawei has updated system apps like Notes and GoPaint with more innovative AI solutions and tools to elevate the experience. The company has also added its self-developed SOUND app.
Education Space is another highlight on the MatePad Pro 2026 tablet. It lets kids easily learn, understand, and complete their homework within a private space, whether it’s learning science with AI or snapping questions to get answers in detail.
Price: The Huawei MatePad Pro 2026 tablet comes in two variants: Enjoy Edition and the Standard Version. Both will join the official sale pool on 14 August.
