Vivo is releasing a major Origin 6 feature update in December 2025 for over 30 devices. The company has packed this firmware with some amazing additions and significant improvements. If you are looking to breathe new life into your phone, install the latest software build version immediately.
According to the Origin 6 December 2025 update changelog for Vivo devices, the company has added a new Shake to Share Group feature. It allows you to transfer group photos to nearby compatible models by simply bringing them close to each other.
Users will further get a Text template for the lock screen. They can customize it with personal text or use different backgrounds accordingly. It comes with a special lock screen widget that will show weather, schedules, reminders, and more.
Xiao Suggestions are getting a notable overhaul in terms of visuals. It has a card-style layout that will keep users up-to-date regarding offline events.
Live Photo feature now lets you generate videos with a single tap on the photo album. Other features include:

Home Screen: Home Screen now has new animations. App icons naturally expand and shrink when folders are expanded or collapsed.
Theme: The new feature supports replacing control center theme items and allows users to match them with the home screen theme and colors.
Smart Car: Adds light and shadow effects during Xiao’s wake-up dialogue. Added a two-line lyrics display, immersive music mode, and improved lyrics switching effects. Added immersive music statusbar effects and a feature to adjust vertical screen vehicle with new floating cards, and more.
