Huawei smartphone sales have reclaimed their top position in China and surpassed Apple and its flagship share in the market – thanks to the Mate 80 series. Looks like the Chinese OEM has reached the pinnacle in the last weeks of 2025.
The Mate 80 series went official in November with a brilliant infinity look and ultimate tech capabilities. And the results are visible! It has scored millions of shipments within 10 days of sales, which is a boon for the company.
Some authoritative third-party institutions have now revealed the graph of the smartphone sales market in China for the 48th and 49th weeks.
After missing the third quarter smartphone sales against Apple due to the iPhone 17 craze, Huawei is now back at the top in China with the strong demand for the Mate 80.
