Honor and Xiaomi are currently wrestling to launch the highest refresh rate phone in the market, but looks like Samsung is going to win this battle with its alleged 185Hz handset. A new piece of information suggests some amazing details on this topic.
SmartPikachu said that Samsung is testing a 185Hz refresh rate phone – the highest to date and may launch next year. It is also adapting a dynamic gaming ecosystem for its devices that will uplift the user experience to a whole new level.
That says Samsung could be a major rival for Honor and Xiaomi in the war of smartphone displays. Although the input still requires official words for more clarity.
Both Honor and Xiaomi have been in the news for working on a 165Hz refresh rate smartphone. These devices will unlock improved renders and an excellent gaming experience.
Honor could bring this 165Hz refresh rate display with the all-new WIN series that will debut on December 26. Meanwhile, Xiaomi could use a Redmi phone for this purpose. Though comparatively, the refresh rate is lower than Samsung’s rumored phone.
OnePlus was the first brand to adopt a 165Hz refresh rate for its phone this year. Hereafter, Honor decided to follow the path and now Xiaomi is also in the headlines.
Though it’s unclear if Samsung will really launch such a device to beat off its Chinese rivals. Only time has the perfect answer to this highest refresh rate phone mystery.
