Honor WIN Series is buzzing around the consumer market for its ULTRA FAN technology, but it looks like Huawei is bringing its own phone to bet on this topic. The Mate device maker is now grabbing headlines for its mysterious “GTS” model.
We are talking about the Huawei Mate 80 GTS, which may launch as the rumored FAN phone of the Mate 80 lineup and challenge the Honor WIN smartphones.
Even though Huawei has trademarked the GTS phone model many times, it hasn’t developed or released it in the market. Some of them were even in the news to debut like a red sports car and marked as superior over the RS Ultimate Design.
Looks like Huawei is finally ready to launch the first-ever GTS model in its Mate smartphone family. A few inputs say that the device may debut in H1 2026.
What’s more interesting is that the new creation will likely bring a cooling fan upgrade. While this technology was rumored to debut with the Mate 80 top-end phones, the company canceled it, probably to launch as a gigantic innovation in 2026.
And now the dots are connected. Following the Honor WIN devices and their mini ULTRA FAN’s response in the market, Huawei seems all set to unveil its iconic Mate 80 GTS phone in the market with some more amazing technologies.
It is worth mentioning that Huawei hasn’t detailed its plans for the new device. Although some tipsters have imagined how the GTS handset will look, if it really carries a micro-pump active cooling fan technology:
The look is similar to the Huawei patent, showing how the company will layer the cooling fan under the camera components. Eventually, it hints that everything is set and the OEM will soon bring its innovative gaming phone in the market.
