Honor WIN series is one of the best gaming smartphones in the market to date, and to make it even more significant for users, the company is now adding a new silent mode for calls + some more enhancements to the flagship gaming lineup.
MagicOS 10.0.0.127 update has started rolling out for several devices with new changes like silent mode for calls, camera features, gallery updates, lock screen, and more.
Devices like the Magic 8 series, Magic V5 foldable, and more have already received the new version and its benefits. Now Honor is bringing this update for the WIN series.
Note that the changelog may differ based on the model. For instance, the Honor WIN Series is receiving two major changes with this update: a new silent mode for calls and a special screenshot capability.
Starting with the silent mode, the upgraded feature will allow users to let important calls ring even when the phone is silent. WIN phone owners can select specific contacts to allow calls to ring even when the phone is in silent mode.

To access this feature, users can head to the Settings app and select the Sound and Haptics section. Now tap on the Silent option and turn on the “Leave Important Calls Unsilent” choice.
Another addition is the new screenshot capability. It will enable users to take screenshots with phone cases on and support editing screenshots by adding phone-specific borders.
Hence, users will be able to share screenshots more aesthetically pleasing and sophisticated. The update is rolling out in batches and will soon reach your device.
Meanwhile, you can keep an eye on the update section of your handset to proceed with the manual installation. Before proceeding, ensure that the device has sufficient storage space and a stable internet connection to avoid any kind of failure.
