Xiaomi today officially announced that HyperOS is getting a new stack mode for the Recent Apps Menu. It also shared a video showing how the feature works.
Up to this point, Xiaomi phones had only two layouts for the Recent Apps Menu. The first one is a vertical arrangement that used to show four app windows in the frame.
Whereas the second one is the horizontal layout that shows one app at a time, while providing a partial look at the preceding and following app windows.
Although the new stack mode brings three major benefits. The new add-on not only ensures better visuals on the background but also protects your privacy.

It can easily match the home screen color and blur effects, offering a monochrome look. Besides, the feature can hide sensitive information, so you can easily explore the Recent Apps Menu publicly without worrying about prying eyes.
