Huawei bringing new video services for these flagship devices


Huawei is now bringing new video services for selected flagship devices. The company is launching a prominent one-year video membership on the Huawei Video app. Users will be able to get exclusive web series and other interesting benefits.

Spring Festival 2026 is live in China. Customers are enjoying the Lunar New Year, and to make this festive holiday even more enjoyable, Huawei has launched new video services for its flagship devices.

Mate 80 and the Mate X7 foldable flagship series are now receiving a one-year video membership on the Huawei Video app. New users of these top-end phones can explore exclusive film and television shows free for the entire year.

Users can further get access to classic and highly-rated movies. For instance, Wanami Yokai, The little ghost of Mt. Ranran, Nezha: The Demon Child Conquers the Dragon King, and more.

Besides, the Mate 80 and Mate X7 new users can enjoy watching Huawei Movies and Youku Video, including content copyrighted by Mango TV. They will get a free annual pass and VIP card rights with this membership.

One might see a new banner in the Huawei Video app. Tapping on it may show them a new pop-up window on the screen, saying:

“Your annual card benefits have been credited to your account. View and use your membership benefits in the Huawei Video App.”

Clicking on the OK button in the pop-up window may lead you to Huawei Video, showing all the exclusive benefits of the application. Although you have to make sure that the app and device are running on the latest software version.
