After the world premiere, Honor is ready to unveil the Magic V6 foldable in China on March 10. The company has announced the launch date of the new-gen folding smartphone for home-ground consumers alongside the biggest battery tech ever!
The company showcased the Magic V6 on March 1st at the MWC26 event. Even though it didn’t reveal all the device’s key specifications or mention its release date, it shared various exclusive details about the foldable.
Now, the Honor Magic V6 is all set to launch in China next week, with an even bigger battery than the global version. The company has dropped a few more teasers on Weibo, confirming what major changes the foldable will welcome this time.
In the first teaser, the company emphasized Magic V6’s screen strength. It is super robust and can fight against all odds like scratches, drops, and more – thanks to the UTG display technology for the inner screen and a custom cover panel.
Describing the teaser, the company said:

Another teaser highlights the Magic V6 battery. Honor will launch its new foldable in China with two battery variants, one of which will feature a 7150mAh cell pack.
That’s bigger than the global foldable model featuring a 6660mAh battery. Anyways, the device currently holds the top position in packing the biggest cell capacity among all folding phones.
Apart from the battery capacity, what other changes the Chinese variant will bring over the global unit is worth looking forward to.
