Huawei is planning to unveil a new smart camera autofocus feature for its flagship phones. The capability will likely debut with the upcoming new HarmonyOS upgrades and will gradually reach more devices in the time ahead. Let’s check the details.
According to the inputs, Huawei has recently collaborated with DJI – one of the leading Chinese tech companies and the world’s dominant brand of civilian drones.
The company focuses on aerial photography, filmmaking, agriculture, and certain enterprise solutions related to high-quality cameras, gimbals, and flight control setups.
Details reveal that Huawei has joined hands with DJI for its HarmonyOS 6 and has deeply integrated perception computing + camera control algorithms into the software.
In addition, this association introduces a smart camera autofocus feature for Huawei phones. The devices will be able to achieve smooth, stable, and precise continuous tracking with the new capability. It further ensures that the subject remains in the frame at all times.
On the other hand, the devices may become compatible with a gimbal. It is a pivoted, motorized support mechanism used to stabilize cameras or phones for smooth + shake-free cinematic captures or shooting in motion.
Users while moving in the fitting room, can witness the gimbal (attached to the phone stand) following them. You can make adjustments through the Celia AI assistant.
