This product unveiling will mark the official return of Huawei in India, which has been halted since the U.S. sanctions in 2020. At that time, the company had to abandon global markets due to falling demand and a shortage of component supplies.

However, the past years have brought a positive outlook for the Chinese tech giant, which has regained a strong momentum in the home market. On the face of that success, the phone maker is once again expanding its operations overseas, such as Europe, South America, and the Middle East.

For India, it may adopt a gradual launch strategy, and tablet aligns in the same direction. The price of the tablet is unknown, but it starts at 299 euros for the base variant with 8GB and 128GB memory configuration. The price conversion will be about 31,000 INR, but it may cost even more with taxes. However, we’ll wait for an official announcement.
