Honor Magic V6 users are receiving a giant MagicOS 10 update, and the biggest surprise of this firmware is Apple AirPods connectivity support for the foldable phone. In addition, the device is getting new AI capabilities, system improvements, and more.
As mentioned, the main focus of this update is to bring the Apple AirPods connectivity support to Honor Magic V6. The folding handset already has the cross-device interconnection functions. But the latest update takes these features to the next level.
Details reveal that following this firmware, the Magic V6 users will be able to connect their device with Apple AirPods and enjoy a smart + seamless audio experience.
One has to open the AirPods case and a pop-up window will appear on the foldable’s screen, connecting the earbuds to the device automatically. You can even check the battery level of the earbuds, adjust the volume, and control some other features.
Magic V6 already supports features like Mac extended screen, where it acts as an extended display for your Mac, Apple Watch notification sharing in real-time, iPhone’s hotspot, and iCloud data collaboration. Now it is getting AirPods support as well.

Apple AirPods Interconnection
- The new features include native Apple headphone connectivity. Just open the earbuds case, and a pop-up window on your phone will appear, automatically connecting the device.
- You can also check earbuds battery level, noise control, and other features on your Honor device, bringing a seamless, intelligent audio experience.
Honor AI and YOYO
- AI button now supports quick services, sound modes, flashlight, game space, YOYO Notes, and YOYO Learning Assistant, with more features accessible with a single click. Path: Settings > Honor AI & YOYO > AI Button.
- YOYO now features a new wake-up screen mode that allows users to select screen content with their fingertips to ask and answer questions, select text to copy and translate, and use AI to recognize and interpret images, enhancing your ease of use and usability.
Eye-tracking page turn feature
- Added a new eye-tracking page-turning feature, allowing you to automatically turn pages while reading, freeing your hands and providing an immersive reading experience. Path: Settings > Honor AI and YOYO > Eye Tracking > Eye-tracking Page Turning.
System Smooth
- Added a new customizable app transition animation feature, offering three levels of smoothness: gentle, stable, and efficient, allowing you to customize the smooth experience to your liking. Path: Settings > Home Screen and Personalization > Animations.
- Optimize the user experience in three-screen scenarios.
Home Screen
- Added a new auto-align icon feature for a neater layout. Path: Settings > Home Screen and Personalization > Home Screen Settings > Auto-align icons.
- Added support for one-click creation of folders from multiple apps, long-pressing a folder on the home screen allows for one-click unpacking, making folder organization more convenient. Path: Pinch two fingers together to enter home screen edit more > Select icon > Create folder.
- Added support for batch removal and uninstallation of apps, making home screen management more efficient. Path: Pinch with two fingers to enter desktop edit mode > Select icon > Remove/Uninstall.
Honor Smart Space
- The new feature adds support for creating and managing multiple pet health records, supports 24-hour AI-powered pet consultations, and provides pet health reports and treatment suggestions to protect your pet’s health. Path: Honor Smart Space > Home > Family Space > Pet (Honor Smart Space version upgraded to 9.60.11.300 and above).
Camera
- Optimize camera shooting effects, including color stability, brightness, sharpness, and focus stability in certain scenarios.
Power Consumption
- This addressess issues with abnormal power consumption in certain scenarios, improving battery life.
Stability
- Improve system stability and optimize some third-party app crashes and unresponsiveness issues to make your phone run more stably.
Security Patch
- Incorporate the Android March 2026 security patch to enhance system security.
