Amid the warm-up of Honor WIN notebook, a new leak is shedding light on the specs of the 2026 gaming smartphone – Honor WIN 2. And this time, the Chinese tech giant seems to bring even bigger surprises in terms of the chipset and battery.
Gaming smartphones have become a new “trend” in the market. While a regular device is the best in every aspect, brands are now focusing more on game handsets.
Honor WIN 2 is also a part of this suit and will debut later this year with exciting specs. The first surprise will be a new-gen chip – Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6.
According to DigitalChatStation, the Honor WIN 2 will feature the 2026 flagship mobile processor – Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6. The chip is recently tipped to feature an LPE (Low Power Efficiency) core as a co-processor.
The new co-processor will manage smaller background operations such as sensor monitoring, notification handling, AOD functions, and more. It will help the main CPU to conserve power for complex tasks instead of using it for simpler ones.
Further, the tipster revealed that the Honor WIN 2 will use a 6.89-inch OLED flat panel with 2K resolution and 185Hz refresh rate. While the refresh rate is the same as the predecessor’s, the real upgrade will be the screen size and resolution.

2K resolution provides significantly sharper text, richer image detail, as well as better color accuracy. It enhances the overall viewing experience for phone users.
Apart from the display and chipset, the Honor WIN 2 could bring a giant 10000mAh battery – similar to the previous-generation model. Other features include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, full-level waterproof rating, and seamless charging.
