Huawei MatePad 11.5 2026 is now officially unveiled, and it comes with a high-quality display, AI features, and a big battery boost, making its power backup more enduring than before.
This tablet sports an 11.5-inch TFT LCD (IPS) display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, 16.7 million colors, 2.5K (2456 x 1600 pixels) resolution, 600 nits peak brightness, 256 ppi, 3:2 screen ratio, and 86% screen-to-body ratio. Since the screen is the key part of the tablet, these specs ensure a high-quality user experience.
The display supports up to 10 touch points and comes with anti-fingerprint film. You should know that the screen also has an anti-reflection layer that eliminates the majority of the direct light reflection to improve the on-screen content viewing.
It is using the Kirin T82B chipset, tagged with 8GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB storage options.
Its rear side contains a pill-shaped camera design consisting of a 13MP f/1.8 aperture camera, supporting FHD video recording, and an 8MP lens on the front helps users to capture selfies and conduct video calls.
With MatePad 11.5 2026, Huawei unveiled a 10100mAh battery, offering around 14 hours of video playback time. Moreover, users can recharge the battery with a 40W wired charger in approximately 94 minutes.
This large screen device consists of 4 stereo speakers and 2 microphones, while the sound is tuned by Huawei Histen. Furthermore, the tablet runs the HarmonyOS 5.1 operating system with new AI features such as AI Translate, note application, drawing, and voice assistant.
The MatePad 11.5 (2026) is as light as 515 grams and only 6.1mm thin, making it easy to hold in one hand despite the large display. On the other hand, it has four colors – gray, blue, silver, and purple. The company is giving away a free leather case for early buyers.
