Huawei MatePad Pro 12.2 2025 tablet will likely get a new color option in the coming months. Interestingly, this fresh shade is the same Phantom Purple, rumored for the Pura X2 foldable and the MatePad Mini tablet for a couple of weeks.

UncleKanshan noted that Huawei is up with a new mission named “the Purple family”. It is bringing a new Purple color to many phones and new tablets, including the Huawei MatePad Pro 12.2 2025.
If true, this move will open more choices for consumers in the market to choose the flagship tablet from. But this new Purple color scheme could be limited to the 512GB storage variant.
According to the tipster, Huawei will launch a new Purple colorway for the MatePad Pro 12.2 with 12GB + 512GB storage and PaperMatte screen technology.
This is the same tipster to reveal about a new Purple color variant for the MatePad Mini. It will be available to the Reading Edition for two storage options.
MatePad Pro 12.2 2025 edition is already available in three shades: Azure Blue, Inkstone Black, and Swan White. But the company may soon open a more beautiful color option for the tablet.
