Following the launch confirmation, Huawei has now revealed the first look at the Nova 15 Ultra with a completely restyled camera design. No more pill-shaped structures on the one end with a giant cam ring. This time, the makeover is eye-catching!
Huawei Nova 15 Ultra has a different design. Unlike the previous few Nova lineups with an elongated camera bump housing a big ring in the upper part or at the center, the new one shows two big rings at the upper body, placed horizontally.
The company has tilted the lens placement this time. It’s more like the Pocket series that has two rings on the back. These are placed side by side, covering the upper back of the device just like Xiaomi 17 Pro or iPhone 17 Pro flagships.
Inside the first ring, there are three lens openings arranged in a triangular shape with two small sensors, probably an infrared and a multispectral lens.
Another lens ring shows an LED Flash in the middle with XD PORTRAIT branding. Both rings are housed in a plain rectangular gradient with a thick rim.

Speaking of the back panel, it has thin vertical lines all over the rear side, and slightly curvy corners. The overall look is quite appealing and gives a royal vibe.

The multispectral camera seems to be a major highlight of the new phone. Huawei has specifically mentioned that the new lens is in its full swing! Perhaps the company has used the second-gen color accuracy sensor for the Nova 15 as well.
What other interesting features the Nova 15 series has is currently a secret. Though we don’t have to wait for much to gain the details.
