Huawei is seemingly gearing up its second-generation clamshell flagship – the Pura X2, and new details for its codename as well as colors have now emerged on the internet. Perhaps the device is getting ready to disclose rumors on its launch!
DigitalChatStation revealed that he has touched a mysterious Huawei fold device, codenamed “Hope”. It hints that the new device is quite close to its imminent release.
Besides, the Huawei Pura X2 may introduce some interesting colors this time. Instead of bold shades: Red, Green, Gray, the company might bring these options:
- White
- Green
- Orange
- Blue-Black
For comparison, Huawei launched the Pura X series with two models: the Collector’s Edition and the Standard. The former has two shades: Stylish Red and Green. While the latter uses Moon Shadow Gray, Zero Degree White, and Phantom Black.
The company will probably add a tint of blue shade to black and introduce two special colorways: Green and Orange. It would be worth seeing if Huawei is using the iPhone 17 Pro-inspired orange or something different.
Pura X2 foldable phone has been revolving its launch rumors for quite some time. The date is uncertain, and there are two release timelines: March 2026 and the second quarter, probably after the Pura 90 series launch in the market.
Although the latest leak hints that Huawei may unveil the new-gen small folding phone at the same time as its predecessor. It’s better to wait for an official word on this matter before jumping to any conclusions.
