Huawei reportedly targets 10000mAh battery for mid-range phones

Huawei is working on large battery capacities that can hold more power than regular phone cell packs, and it looks like the mark could go up to 10000mAh particularly for mid-range phones. Perhaps the OEM is trying to draw level with its competitors.

The information is coming from the courtesy of DigitalChatStation. The tipster stated that Enjoy 90 Pro Max will use an 8500mAh cell pack with a rated value of 8320mAh. It will bring a Kirin 8 series chipset to further boost battery power.

Adding more details, the tipster mentioned that the company is testing some more large battery technologies. Who knows, Huawei could unveil up to 9000mAh or 10000mAh-level big battery packs for its mid-range phones.

So far, Huawei has been waving in headlines for a 7000mAh cell pack. It appeared to get featured with the upcoming Nova 16 series, breaking all battery records in the company’s mid-range smartphone family.

Later, the Enjoy 90 series began humming to bring a big battery with a capacity of over 8000mAh. And this news will be confirmed at the March 23 launch event.

Now another piece of information is here, suggesting that Huawei could soon unveil a 10000mAh battery phone in the market. While Honor and Samsung are making attempts to cross this stage, the Mate phone maker is also taking small steps in this case.

The accuracy of the new leak is still doubtful as Huawei hasn’t revealed any such plans yet. But the company has made significant progress in the smartphone industry when it comes to battery capacity.

Hence, it won’t be wrong to say that Huawei can go up to 10000mAh cell pack by the end of this year. But again, official words are important before we jump to any conclusions.
