Huawei has hit the pinnacle of the global earphone market in Q3 2025 as the highest shipment brand. The company has sold around 0.9 million units worldwide and gained a lot of attention for its immersive sound quality + new features.
Omida has shared its analysis on the global earphone market for Q3 2025 where Huawei has scored the best mark. It has dominated the segment with the highest shipment of 900,000 units. It also holds 8% of the market share.
That’s just the double of its shipment made last year in the same period (0.4 million). As a result, the company is seeing an annual growth rate of 118% YoY.
Well, the credit goes to major AI-based additions, a smarter Celia, as well as the super comfortable fit of the audio wearables in the ear. In the past few years, the company has improved its earphones to a greater extent in comfort and experience.
Edifier is the second-best earphone seller in this ranking. It has shipped at least 800,000 units worldwide with a market share of 7% and 338% yearly growth.
Interestingly, Edifier has jumped from 0.2 to 0.8 million unit shipments directly, which is a major gain for the brand. It is also giving a new bar to this competition.
Cena has dropped from first to third in the global earphone ranking. It owns 0.7 million units in sales with 7% of the market share and 31% YoY growth. Meanwhile, Baseus and Anker have the same shipment and market share, with a difference in yearly progress (560% and 95% respectively).
The overall global audio wearable shipment has hit the 10.3 million mark in the third quarter of this year. In terms of growth, the corresponding market is seeing a hike of 69% year-on-year.
