Huawei sheds light on new Runner Watch performance


Huawei has unraveled the performance details of the brand-new Runner Watch. The company has shared a new post on its global X page, pointing out what new sports features and traits the upcoming wrist wearable is bringing on board.

Last week, Huawei announced the launch timeline for its reborn Runner smartwatch. The company will hold a grand global event in Madrid on 26th February.

In the current scenario, Huawei has shared one more post on X, shedding light on the performance of the Runner Watch to some extent. The firm began by congratulating Joshua Cheptegei for winning the Dubai Half Marathon.

is the most decorated distance runner in Uganda. He made his debut at the Rio Olympics in 2016 and owns seven global gold medals to date.

After applauding the runner, the company said that the upcoming wrist gadget offers steady support in the race and is a perfect companion to your every progress.

Huawei further shared some images, in which Joshua is probably wearing the all-new Runner Watch. Although it didn’t reveal the appearance of the wearable yet.

The company said:

Note that the hashtag “Ultra Performance” suggests that the new Runner Watch will deliver robust performance, especially in terms of sports and running activities.

Looking into the images, it seems the company will soon drop the official look of the Runner Watch via a new teaser. Till then, we have to hold our patience for the new sports smartwatch.
