Huawei’s latest tablet is using Kirin T82B and T82 chipsets

On December 22, Huawei unveiled the MatePad 11.5 2026 tablet featuring Kirin T82B and T82 chipsets. This tablet has five versions, four of which are Wi-Fi and network-enabled.

According to the official listing, the standard MatePad 11.5 2026 tablet utilizes the Kirin T82B processor, while the anti-reflective soft-light versions are equipped with the Kirin T82 chip. Similar to the Nova 15 series, Huawei remained mum on the chip’s process technology.

The tablet features a 3D heat dissipation matrix, which improves the device’s overall performance by 30% compared to the MatePad 11.5 2024 version.

This happened with a new, clear, soft light screen with multi-layer nano-magnetic optical coating, reducing screen reflection by 60% and anti-glare properties by 99%.

The tablet has a large 10100mAh battery that provides up to 16 hours of video playback. Users can recharge the tablet fast enough with a 40W fast charger. Learn more about the MatePad 11.5 2026 here.
