Xiaomi has officially announced the HyperOS 3.1 Beta rollout for its top-end global phones. It has even started releasing the new testing version for limited users.
Android 16-based HyperOS 3.1 is now making its way to the global floor. It is currently available to only two smartphones with the following beta software version:
- Xiaomi 17 Ultra – HyperOS 3.0.301.3; 0.98GB software package.
- Xiaomi 17 – HyperOS 3.0.300.7; 1.4GB software package.
Note that this is the first closed beta version in the global market and is available to only registered device users. Others have to wait for Xiaomi’s subsequent updates.
How to enroll in HyperOS 3.1 Beta?
One must have the Mi Community App with a user account. Set the region and tap on the ME section in the bottom right corner. Select the Closed Beta Program for your device and hit the Apply tab.
Users will find a question and answer page where they have to submit all details accurately, without any mistakes. One further has to tap on the Answer button and score over 60 points to get into the beta pool. After submitting these responses, wait for the approval.
Note that this beta build may introduce certain issues to your device, such as overheating, battery draining, lags, and more. Hence, proceed at your own risk.
