Huawei has been reportedly working on the new-gen AI Eyewear product, and it looks like the device will debut next month. New information has shed light on this matter after the company revealed a few characteristics of its upcoming eye wearable.
FixedFocus noted that Huawei will launch its new smart AI Eyewear next month. The device is expected to bring some new solutions to enhance the user experience.
The tipster said Huawei has demonstrated a few AI Eyewear features at MWC 2026. Some of these have even leaked earlier, giving an advanced glimpse of the device.
Speaking of the features, the new-gen AI smart glasses will introduce AR real-view navigation, landmark recognition, translation capability, and even QR code payment.
While all of these additions will bring a more convenient experience to users, the built-in translation tool will be the highlight of the new-gen AI Eyewear device.

A built-in translation feature will enable users to operate the eye wearable directly, without the need for a separate smartphone app, for basic operations. One can easily communicate across more languages without any additional tools.
That will eventually put Huawei’s AI Eyewear in line with other brands’ smart glasses that offer both real-time translations and efficient interactions.
Regarding other features, it seems Huawei AI smart glasses will adopt a built-in camera to capture photos and videos, detect landmarks, play high-quality audio, and more. Based on the details, it looks like the company has significantly upgraded its Eyewear over the previous-gen models.
It would be interesting to see how these new features will work in real-time.
