Honor Power 2 smartphone will launch today, and ahead of its unveiling, the company revealed how this creation will set a new standard in the industry with a robust battery. The device has just broken all the boundaries when it comes to the cell pack.
Fang Fei – the President of Honor Product Line, has shared a giant poster detailing the key specs, like the battery of the Power 2 smartphone, ahead of its official release.
The official initially recalled the purpose of launching the Power handset. In early 2025, the company brought the first-gen Power device exceeding the industry standard.
Power phones primarily focus on the “outdoor experience” with the help of their long-lasting battery life. The chief mentioned that over 85% of the Power buyers highly valued its exceptionally long battery life in outdoor scenarios.
Besides, users were impressed with the extraordinary signal strength and protective features of the phone. Keeping these plus points in mind, the company developed the Power 2, raising the bar for the user experience in these dimensions.

Honor executive said:
“Power 2 has significantly surpassed the industry battery limit by bringing a top-tier 10080mAh Qinghai Lake battery. It is capable of providing users with a battery life experience that even surpasses flagship models.”
Apart from the battery, the Honor Power 2 will have the same six-wing antenna technology as the flagship phones. The dual-rail antenna setup is the industry’s strongest low-frequency super quad-antenna system.
The chief said that the device’s powerful communication capabilities will even surpass those of competing top-tier smartphones costing more than 10000 yuan. Power 2 will also be the first to use Dimensity 8500 Elite with powerful performance.
