Samsung has finally kicked off the One UI 8.5 Beta Program for its eligible devices with a range of exciting features. Following many leaks and rumors on the new software iteration, the company has now released the build for its top-end models.
Just a few moments before, the Samsung Community in Korea shared the live page of the One UI 8.5 Beta Program. It also listed the compatible handsets on the forum.
The first lineup to taste the new software flavor is the Galaxy S25 series. In addition, the company is testing the same build for the new-gen foldables and S24 series.
Eligible Devices:
- Samsung Galaxy S25
- Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus
- Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra
Devices like the Galaxy S25 Edge and S25 FE won’t be a part of this beta activity. Meanwhile, the company will add more compatible models to the list in the future.
How to join One UI 8.5 Beta?
All you need is the Samsung Members app on your phone with the One UI beta availability for your region. Now, open the app and log in with your Samsung account.
You will see the One UI Beta Program banner on the homepage of the app. Tap on it to sign up for the new software testing activity. After registering, visit Settings > Software Update > Download and Install to pull out the beta version.
Besides, this beta program covers six countries: South Korea, the US, the UK, Germany, India, as well as Poland.
