Honor is not only gaining achievements in the battery race but also in the phone signal testing, right in the early stages of 2026. One of the firm’s creations has recently defeated some top flagships of 2025 in the network signal strength segment.
A Weibo tipster recently conducted a phone signal strength test with 2025 and 2026 models, and Honor has ranked first in this testing with its iconic Power 2 handset.
The evaluation results were based on TRP (Total Radiated Power) and TIS (Total Isotropic Sensitivity) criteria. The former measures the overall transmitting efficiency of a device, while the latter detects the receiving calibre of a device.
Looking into the test, the tipster has conducted the activity in three tiers. The first one is for enhanced signal strength, and Power 2 has topped the listing. Notably, the first tier contains only three phones with the best network signal:

- Redmi K90 Pro Max
The second tier includes some ultimate flagship smartphones like OPPO Find X9 Pro, Mate 80 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, and more. You can check all the models according to the ranking below.

Coming to the third tier, the ranking includes devices with the standard signal level. It only has Apple handsets like the iPhone 16e and then the iPhone 17 Pro.
According to the tipster, Honor Power 2 offers the same level of network signal strength as the Magic 8 smartphone despite being a pocket-friendly model. The credit goes to the special body framework that contains RF-based antennas.
Honor Power 2 uses six-wing antenna communication technology. Consequently, it provides stronger signal acquisition capabilities in weak network areas as well as fixes issues like network lag or call interruptions. Hence, it deserves to be a topper in the signal ranking.
