Samsung Galaxy A57/A37, OnePlus 15T official, Week 13 in review


The highly anticipated arrival of the Samsung Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37 went down this week. Both share the core specs of their predecessors but with subtle 2026 improvements – new chipsets, better build quality, and some more AI.

The Samsung Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 will be available from April 9 or 10 (it varies by region). In the US, the A37 will start at $450, while the base A57 option will cost $550. In Europe, the prices are €430 and €530, respectively. In some regions, you will get the higher storage tier (256GB) for free during a short promotional period. This varies by region – the offer ends on April 18 in Germany and on April 24 in France, for example.

The A57 is powered by an Exynos 1680 and has a 13% larger vapor chamber than before. The A37 slims down to 6.9mm and 179g.

OnePlus 15T is available in white, brown and green colors. The baseline 12/256GB model starts at CNY 4,299 ($625) while the top-tier 16GB RAM and 1TB storage version will sell for CNY 5,699 ($828). The phone could make a global appearance under a different name, likle the OnePlus 15s.

We got word on the Qualcomm’s next flagship SoCs, the 8 Elite Gen 6 and 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro. According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the lineup will include the SM8950, believed to be the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6, and the SM8975, likely the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro. Both chipsets are said to be built on TSMC’s 2nm process and feature a 2+3+3 CPU architecture.
