Honor is once again on the track of teasing its rival brands with its new smartphones, and in the current landscape, the company has played a stunning marketing move for the Honor 600 Pro against the Apple iPhone 17 in Hong Kong, China.
Many images have begun swirling on social media, revealing a giant Honor truck advertising the upcoming N series – Honor 600 Pro in the vibrant orange color.
But what’s so special about this promotion!
In order to mock Apple iPhone 17 in Hong Kong, the Chinese tech giant has parked its Honor 600 Pro directly in front of the Apple Canton Road store. Something even more interesting is that the truck’s ad has a slogan in Chinese that says:
“It’s our HONOR, able to compare oranges to oranges.”
Below this phrase, the ad highlights the orange Honor 600 Pro variant, pointing out that the new sub-flagship device is equivalent to the iPhone 17 Pro models.

Honor is well-known for mocking competitors using its smartphone warm-up procedure. However, the latest move is just beyond imagination. The company aimed to show that despite similar looks, its own creation can take over the premium models.
The Honor 600 Pro phone’s design is quite similar to that of the iPhone 17 Pro. It features a large, wide, rectangular camera bump on the back, which houses three lenses arranged in a triangular format and in the same place as the iPhone 17 Pro.
Moreover, the Honor 600 series uses the same bright orange color as Apple’s 2025 flagship. While many people said that Honor is losing creativity towards its phones and began copying rivals, the company pulled a move that suggested why it took this step.
By using Apple’s retail store as a backdrop, Honor wanted to show that even its sub-flagship phones are comparable to the iPhone 17 lineup.
