As the April 20 launch event nears, more details of the Huawei Pura 90 series models have started emerging, and the current one finally drops the curtain on the screen and battery info of the flagship. Although these new inputs appear quite mysterious.
Weibo tipster @BaldPanda has now shared the screen and battery specs of all the Huawei Pura 90 series models. The leak also hints at how many phones the new top-tier lineup will bring to the stage next week.
The tipster revealed that the standard Huawei Pura 90 can be 6.9mm thick and weighs around 203 grams. In terms of display, the phone can feature a 6.84-inch flat screen with 1.5K resolution. Besides, it could use a 6500mAh battery capacity.
Pura 90 Pro will likely measure 8.3mm and 219 grams in dimensions. Just like the vanilla model, the high-end variant may also use a 6.59-inch flat display with 1.5K resolution. But the battery pack could slip to 6000mAh compared to 6500mAh.
Being the highest variant, Pura 90 Pro Max could come with a larger screen compared to the siblings – a 6.87-inch flat display panel, just like any other top-end phone.

Meanwhile, the battery for Pro Max can stay at a 6000mAh cell pack. The dimensions could be 8.5mm in thickness and 232 grams in weight. Based on the leaked information, it seemed as if the tipster swapped the screen and battery parameters of the standard and Pro Max models.
Coming to the camera segment, the Pura 90/Pro can feature a 50MP 1/1.28-inch main snapper, a 40MP ultrawide-angle shooter, a 50MP zoom lens, and a multispectral camera.
On the other hand, the Huawei Pura 90 Pro Max could sport a 50MP 1/1.28-inch primary lens, a 40MP ultrawide-angle sensor, a 200MP 1/1.28-inch large periscope sensor, as well as a multispectral shooter.
How many of these specs turn out to be true in the Huawei Pura 90 series smartphones will be known on April 20.
