Xiaomi 17T series flagship is coming to the global platform next week and in the meantime, a tipster has revealed key specs like the display, camera, and chip info of this new lineup. Looks like the device really went through some significant changes.
The information is coming from the courtesy of @DigitalChatStation. As per the tipster, the Xiaomi 17T series will bring major display and camera shifts to the table.
Notably, the Xiaomi 17T series specifications have already leaked through an earlier “render leak”. Let’s see what changes the latest leak reveals about the new phones.
Inputs suggest that the flagship has two models: Standard and Pro on stage. The vanilla version may feature a 6.59-inch screen while the Pro can use a 6.83-inch display. Both devices will likely have a flat front panel with a 1.5K + 144Hz refresh rate.

At the same time, it sheds light on the Xiaomi 17T series chipset details. The Xiaomi 17 could use the Dimensity 8500 processor, and the Pro version may equip the Dimensity 9500 mobile SoC. Both chips are 5G-capable. Their CPU configurations are:
- Dimensity 8500: 1 x large Cortex-A725 @ 3.4GHz + 3 x Cortex-A725 performance cores @ 3.2GHz + 4 x Cortex-A725 efficiency cores
- Dimensity 9500: 1 x C1-Ultra Prime Core @ 4.21GHz + 3 x C1-Premium cores @ 3.5GHz + 4 X C1-Pro cores @ 2.7GHz

Speaking of the camera setup, the Xiaomi 17T series may feature Leica lenses with a special 5x periscope super telephoto sensor. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 17T Pro could sport an OmniVision OV50Q main camera sensor.
