A new market analysis report suggests that the Huawei Pura X Max foldable has achieved a new victory in sales. The wide-screen foldable has obtained massive shipments in the 19th week of this year, showing a strong demand among buyers.
RDObservation on Weibo reported that the Huawei Pura X Max sales have touched new heights in the consumer market. It has scored over 250,000 shipment units in the 19th week of 2026, between May 4 and May 10.
Inputs reveal that the recently released Pura X Max standard version shipped more than 112,700 units, whereas the Collector’s Edition made 253,000 units in sales.
The foldable has made a record in the shipment category, defeating all types of Huawei folding smartphones. It also gave a tough spot in the sale to those devices that launched at the same time, in April.

Overall, the Pura X Max foldable is good enough to give strong competition to the Apple iPhone Fold and the upcoming wide-screen folding handsets with its extraordinary features, impressive design, and HarmonyOS 6.1 functions.

Pura X Max’s screen size is mainly inspired by the A4 paper sheet. The cover display is 5.4 inches with 3500 nits peak brightness. One can use it to perform any task inside the phone without opening the main screen.
Coming to the internal display, it measures 7.7 inches with 3000 nits of peak brightness and offers an optimum viewing experience. It supports multi-tasking and multi-media consumption, scrolling social media, playing games, and reading online.
This wide-foldable has a 50MP main camera with variable aperture + optical image stabilization (OIS). It also includes a 50MP periscope zoom and a 12.5MP ultrawide angle. These three are facilitated with a second-generation true-to-color camera.
Huawei Pura X Max packs a 5,300mAh battery with a 66W wired charger. It also supports 40W wireless charging and 7.5W wireless reverse charging.
