Honor smartphone users are dealing with a strange screenshot bug that used to pop up an “insufficient storage error” message while capturing the screen content, though gladly, the company has now confirmed that a fix is coming soon for this issue.
Many Honor smartphone users in the past couple of weeks have revealed that they are seeing an irritating message while performing screenshot. The message reads:
“Couldn’t capture screenshot. Can’t save the screenshot because you don’t have enough storage space.”
Users mentioned that even after clearing several GB of data from the devices, the issue persisted. What’s more strange is when they checked the gallery app, the image was already saved.
The R&D Engineer at Honor – Cao Gant has finally responded to this topic, as well as said the company is working on a fix for the screenshot bug. It will soon begin rolling out. Till then, users don’t have to worry as screenshots are being saved normally.
