Huawei has received approval for a new patent related to an AI solution that will improve communication with an assistant. The Chinese business information patent platform, Tianyancha, has granted the company’s new idea to enhance the device’s communication.
As AI is becoming a significant part of daily lives, brands are integrating it into every one of their devices, ensuring that all products can select the most suitable AI mode according to their requirements.
Of course, Huawei is one of those brands, and it has now issued a new patent based on the AI-powered communication solution for an assistant in devices entitled – “An Artificial Intelligence (AI) Communication Method and Device.”
The patent application reveals that the new communication technology will use a device combined with AI capability that can match its communication system.
It will primarily focus on improving the efficiency and accuracy of running AI LLM models on devices, making them far more convenient for users in every aspect.
Meanwhile, a second device in the communication system will send AI model-related details to a first device, including complex data, which records the running time and energy consumption performance of different AI-powered models.
After receiving the relevant details, the first device can test the model based on its own hardware capabilities and provide feedback to the second device.
This solution offers a self-checking and matching mechanism for AI features. As a result, devices will no longer need to evaluate different models one by one – they can process the capability to run relevant models together and determine which model is more suitable for the current environment.
Note that this method allows devices to perform AI capability assessments more easily and efficiently. At the same time, it optimizes the accuracy of the assessment results.
