It’s June 24, and Honor has started rolling out the MagicOS 11 Liquid Glass UI feature to its Pioneer Edition Beta devices. The company will roll out the new capability to its selected top-end models, while pushing it to other eligible handsets with subsequent beta testing updates.
The Chinese tech giant recently began the Pioneer Edition of the MagicOS 11 software iteration. It is an early access program that enables developers and tech enthusiasts to check the new version ahead of its stable release.
Unlike the closed and public beta activities, the Early Access recruitment program is mainly open to developers so they can evaluate the new software version and give their feedback related to bugs, issues, additions, omissions, or changes, if any.
For MagicOS 11, Honor has currently opened the UI segment inspired by the Liquid Glass effect for its beta devices. The first batch of early adopters can experience the new user interface change on their compatible Honor handsets through this activity.
New UI Design
According to the official information, MagicOS 11 unlocks a full-screen transparent visual design. It is the industry’s first dynamic liquid glass effect with unlimited customization.

Liquid Glass is an excellent UI design language that blends transparency, fluid motion, and layered depth to generate a real-time reacting and flexing interface.
Instead of a static home or lock screen, users will see a smartly morphed display surrounded by vibrant colors. It even responds when the user swipes, taps, or touches the screen, leading to a more intuitive and appealing interaction with the handset.
Honor will send the new software testing build to eligible devices by tomorrow based on the review results. Users can register for this activity through the My Honor App > Club > MagicOS section and tap on the MagicOS 11 Liquid Glass Beta Version Pioneer Recruitment.
