A new Huawei MatePad Pro tablet series is on its way to the launch platform with a flagship-grade chip and top-end charging specifications. While the official unveiling time is still under wraps, the latest leak is revealing some key highlights of the premium-grade tablet lineup.
Tipster DigitalChatStation reported that a new Huawei MatePad Pro tablet series is in the pipeline with a flagship Kirin T93 series chip and 66W super-fast charging.
Kirin T93 series chipset already has two variants – T93 Pro and T93C. The former one appeared with the MatePad Pro Max, while the latter is part of the newly launched MatePad Air 2026.
Although the company may soon introduce one more variant to the chip line with the upcoming MatePad Pro tablet. Adding more, the tipster said that the new tablet lineup will feature 11.95-inch or 12-inch OLED screen panels with ultra-thin bezels.

Based on the previous-generation models, the new MatePad Pro will likely use a Tandem OLED PaperMatte display. The dual-layer OLED and nano-level etching technology together will deliver an anti-glare, brighter, and paper-like experience.
Inputs further reveal that the upcoming Huawei MatePad Pro tablets support an enhanced Beidou satellite short-messaging service. Other features include some magnetic accessories, NearLink technology for seamless connectivity, and powerful speakers.
Early inputs suggested that Huawei will increase the price for its upcoming MatePad products by 500 to 800 yuan (approximately $120). Perhaps the new MatePad Pro series will also be part of this change.
The tipster hasn’t stated any other information about the approaching tablets like their design, battery, or significant spec upgrades over the previous-gen models. However, the details may appear online in the coming days.
