Honor WIN is taking the seat of last year’s GT phones with iconic specs and features, but the buzz among consumers is – what makes the new gaming phone different from the company’s previous GT lineup? And this question requires a detailed answer.

Design reflects a truly WIN scene

Unlike the GT lineup that has a squarish or rectangular camera bump on one side of the back, the WIN model introduces an iPhone 17 Pro-like wide lens module on the upper rear part, housing four rings at one side and flash on the other.

Meanwhile, the front has a single punch hole design. It also features an ergonomic frame with a superior and comfortable grip experience. Besides, the matte finish on the back resists the device from daily wear and tear situations.

Win model comes in three bashing colors: Guaranteed White WIN, No feature of Blue Buff, and Let’s Team Up Black. All three color options have a dimension of 163.1mm x 76.6mm x 8.3mm and weigh 229 grams.

Honor has used aerospace-grade thermal conductive material that improves heat dissipation by 200%.

Phantom Engine 3.0: The company has upgraded its special gaming part for WIN models with 60FPS graphics settings and 0.00% jitter rate. It can handle 5 hours of heavy-load map running without interruptions.

AI Surround Subwoofers: The new 1216 dual speaker set in WIN offers 300% AI game footstep enhancement, 280% skill accuracy/ rhythm sense, 10 times double opening or large acoustic chamber, and 0.88mm amplitude.

Honor has also integrated the Hongyan Communication System for seamless and uninterrupted game signals. It involves a C1+ RF enhancement chip with 48% improvements in weak network areas, 2dB Wi-Fi 5G enhanced, 15% reduced game latency, 40% reduced game lag on weak networks, and 97% Wi-Fi signal improvements.

Chipset and Software Details

Honor WIN specs have a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 octa-core chipset with an Adreno 840 GPU. It comes out of the box with the Android 16-based MagicOS 10.0 software system with enhanced gaming features. It has two RAM versions: 12GB and 16GB.

MagicOS 10 is bringing a dual-core ticket-grabbing feature that increases ticket-buying speed by 26%. Users can transfer offline games without using data. Moreover, the WIN device launches game apps two times faster than the GT lineup.

AI Game Manager is also here with features like AI voice changer, an enhanced controller, accidental touch prevention 3.0, and AI highlights to record your precious gaming moments automatically.

WIN packs a triple-lens framework on the back, including a 50MP main snapper (f/1.95, 100% Focus Pixels, OIS), a 12MP ultrawide-angle macro camera (f/2.2 and 112° ultra wide field of view + autofocus), and a 50MP telephoto shooter.

In terms of battery life, the device offers 16.4 hours of constant game time, 31.3 hours of short video viewing, 19.5 hours of chapter readings, and 10.2 hours of recording videos. It supports a 100W wired, 80W wireless, and 27W wired reverse charging.

Price: Honor WIN is available in four versions: 12GB + 256GB for 3999 yuan, 12GB + 512GB costs 4399 yuan, 16GB + 512GB for 4699 yuan, and 16GB + 1TB for 5199 yuan. The sale will begin as soon as the launch event wraps up.
