Honor Magic V6 has started taking shape through leaks and rumors, and ahead of its official release, the device was spotted in the hands of Xu Mengtao, the Chinese professional freestyle skier, who achieved a gold medal in women’s freeski aerials at Milano.
Xu Mengtao is an Olympic Champion Chinese aerial skier. She has 27 World Cup victories and an Olympic Gold. In the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics, happening in Livigno, Italy, she won a gold medal for freestyle women’s skiing aerial.
Though what’s even more interesting is that after the championship, Xu Mengtao has been spotted using a brand-new foldable, suspected to be the Honor Magic V6.
Later that day, Honor shared a new post on Weibo, congratulating Xu on her win and announcing her as the Strength Witness Ambassador of the Magic V6 foldable.
Honor said:

It’s not the first time that Xu will be serving as Honor foldable’s witness ambassador. She took the same opportunity in 2022 for the Magic Vs series.
Looks like Xu is once again ready to hype Honor’s flagship foldable in the market. She has been communicating with the runner-ups using the new folding handset.
Apart from the Honor Magic V6, the professional also appeared using the Huawei Mate XTs triple foldable. It seems that the winner has a huge interest in different types of folding smartphones, ranging from dual to triple screens.
