Counterpoint has shared the report on Q4 2025 European smartphone market performance, where Honor has seen the strongest growth among all other brands. While Apple leads, the Chinese phone maker showed an impressive rise in the segment.
The report shows five main brands of the European smartphone market in Q4 2025, including Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Honor, and Realme (other brands).
Apple ranked first with 33% of the market share and 7% YoY increase in growth. Of course, the credit goes to the iPhone 17 series that has sold crazily in the market.
Samsung is following the iPhone maker closely and accounts for 29% in the market share. It is also seeing a 4% increase year-on-year in sales. It is a major Android brand to give a tough fight to Apple in the European market (at least for now).
Xiaomi appeared in the third spot. However, it has witnessed a decline of 2% in the market share compared to last year (same period). The firm now has 16% share and 6% drop in the shipment growth.

The fourth position goes to Honor. Despite fourth place, the company is seeing strong sales and growth momentum of 18% YoY in the Q4 2025 European smartphone market. It holds 4% of the entire market share.
Honor has performed the best among all brands in the ranking. It has maintained its growth in the past couple of years, while expanding in Western Europe.
The company is now aiming for better smartphone progress worldwide. It has announced two of its major creations for the MWC 2026 event – Magic V6 foldable and ROBOT PHONE. Both devices will strengthen the company’s progress in 2026.
Realme showed in fifth place with 21% of drop in the sales growth. The overall market’s shipment has increased by 2% YoY, continuing the trend of recovery in 2025.
